The Manatee Performing Arts Center strives to make its performances and facilities accessible to everyone. We want to ensure every member of our community feels like our space is a space for them and is dedicated to making everyone’s visit comfortable and enjoyable. We’re here to help. Please contact us at 941-749-1111.

The Manatee Performing Arts Center is pleased to offer the T-coil Hearing Loop System in Stone Hall. This system transmits sound directly into a hearing aid or cochlear implant equipped with telecoils allowing wearers to use hearing aids as wireless speakers.

Stone Hall is also equipped with infrared assistive listening devices (ALD). The devices are free and can be borrowed by visiting the visitor information desk in the lobby. We just need a valid driver’s license, state-issued ID, or major credit card as a security deposit.

Booster seats are available by request for those patrons who need them. Please see a team member at the information desk in the lobby.

Curbside drop-off is available located under the porte-cochere at the front entrance to the building.

There is an elevator in the lobby to allow access to the ballroom, SkyBox, and administrative offices on the second floor.

Braille and large print program materials are available for most Manatee Players’ productions.

We have both adult and child-sized hearing protection for those with sound sensitivity. Stop by the information desk and secure a set to better enjoy the live entertainment. We just need a valid driver’s license, state-issued ID, or major credit card as a security deposit.

The Manatee Performing Arts Center has a number of dedicated parking spaces. Guests with disability placards or license plates can park in these spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. There are additional spaces available in the public parking lot to the east of the performing arts center (beyond the railroad tracks).

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on both floors of the Manatee Performing Arts Center. A companion restroom is available in the lobby area.

Easy wheelchair access is available throughout our facility including water fountains and ticket counters at appropriate heights.
Wheelchair and scooter-accessible seating is available for all events at the Manatee Performing Arts Center.
Bariatric seating is also available and can be requested when purchasing tickets by phone.
Seating options are available for guests with visual, hearing, and mobility disabilities. Call our Box Office at (941) 748-5875 and one of our team members can help you pick a seat based on any needs or special requests.

Service animals, as defined by the American with Disabilities Act, are welcome at the performing arts center. They must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

Our entrance doors are designed to allow for automatic opening and delayed closing.
