TRULIFE is a local film challenging youth to STOP THE VIOLENCE and help them break the cycle of crime, violence, and gangs. TRULIFE depicts how our youth today are getting involved in drugs, gangs, social media dis-rapping and crime, and how their bad choices lead them to being another statistic in the justice system or, even worse, dead. This film has received overwhelming support from our local community, Sheriff Rick Wells and local law enforcement, the Manatee County Jail, and our local fire & rescue departments – with some of the members of these agencies actually playing a part in the film.

After the viewing of the film there will be a Q&A open forum to encourage youth to start making positive life choices.
